Water Pollution Control Authority
The Water Pollution Control Authority governs and maintains the public sewage system located in Killingly, CT.
The WPCA regularly meets on the third Wednesday of every month in the meeting room at the Killingly Water Pollution Control facility.
The WPCA is comprised of five regular members and two alternate members. Regular members serve three-year terms and alternate members serve two-year terms. All members are appointed by the Town Council.
