MEMORIAL DAY PARADES AND CELEBRATIONS Sunday, May 27th The Killingly Veterans Council has provided the following details for the Forms at Owen Bell Park at 1:30 p.m. Will march west down Route 101 to High Street Cemetery continue down Rt. 101 to bridge spanning Five Mile River continue down Rt. 101 to St. Joseph's cemetery for the final recognition of veterans. Parade will return to Rt. 101, march east and disband at the Dayville Fire House. Monday, May 28th Forms in St. James Parking Lot at 12:30 March down Franklin Street to Main Street (Route 12), continue north on Main Street to conclude and disband at Davis Park

Killingly, a community located in the Northeast corner of Connecticut, had its beginnings around several mill villages which continue to be active community centers. Many still support their own volunteer fire companies and post offices. Killingly is comprised of the villages of Attawaugan, Ballouville, Dayville, East Killingly, Rogers, South Killingly and the Borough of Danielson. Killingly’s form of government, established by the Town Charter, is Town Council/Town Meeting, Town Manager.
